This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a specialist financial services leadership practice within a global executive search boutique and advisory firm.

You’ll drive strategic growth by owning end-to-end mandates across sectors like asset management, banking, fintech, and insurance, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape high-impact leadership teams.

The Head of Practice will own commercial targets and client relationships while guiding end-to-end search and advisory projects, positioning the firm as the partner of choice for financial services leadership appointments.

Role Highlights
– Develop and manage relationships with senior leaders and investor stakeholders in financial services
– Generate new business and grow existing accounts through targeted practice strategy
– Lead execution of senior search and leadership advisory engagements
– Coach and mentor a dedicated team of consultants and researchers
– Set and track practice-level KPIs, ensuring quality delivery and healthy profitability

You Will Need
– Extensive experience in financial services executive search or leadership advisory
– Strong network at C‑suite and board level across banking, asset management, fintech, or insurance
– Track record of winning mandates and meeting commercial targets
– Ability to lead and inspire a team focused on results and client satisfaction
– Strategic, commercial mindset with a passion for building scalable practice models
