Rather than reacting to live vacancies, you'll build long-term strategic partnerships with high-growth life sciences businesses, helping them access the leadership, expertise and advisory support they need to scale.

Compensation
�55357;�56496; £50,000–£80,000 base (flexible for exceptional talent) + management override + uncapped commission paying up to 40%
