The Head of Contract will lead a scaling division, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a personal book of business.
Role Highlights
- Lead, coach, and develop a five-person contracts team with a plan to expand toward ten+
- Drive growth across clinical development, manufacturing, and automation clients
- Build strong client partnerships while delivering consistent, high-quality personal billings
- Shape team expansion, onboarding, and operating rhythm to support rapid scaling
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence long-term strategy and delivery standards
You Will Need
- 4 - 8+ years full desk recruitment experience within (life sciences recruitment ideally)
- Demonstrated success leading a contract recruitment team
- Ability to balance leadership with active commercial ownership and client development
- Strong coaching skills to elevate consultant performance and capability
- Track record of delivering high-quality billings and sustaining client confidence
- Confidence managing compliance, service standards, and operational structure during growth
