Role Highlights
The Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant will…
– Step into a warm desk with live roles and immediate training
– Source, interview, and manage relationships with high-calibre candidates
– Collaborate with senior recruiters and attend face-to-face client meetings
– Build deep market expertise in a high-growth vertical
– Work closely with leadership to set personal milestones and drive progression
You Will Need
– At least 1 year in retail, sales, or a competitive performance-led role
– Strong people skills and confidence in direct communication
– Drive, curiosity, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setting
– Comfort in face-to-face interactions and willingness to be coached
– A genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
