The Director of Financial Services Recruitment will lead a profitable NYC team, drive growth across high-value verticals, and shape the firm’s evolution in the US and globally.
Role Highlights
– Lead and grow a team covering Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Front Office mandates
– Take over two seasoned consultants billing $400K+ annually
– Drive client engagement through regular face-to-face meetings
– Build and expand on existing 165+ global client accounts
– Play a key role in future office expansion across the US and APAC
You Will Need
– Proven success in financial services recruitment leadership
– Experience mentoring and developing billing consultants
– Deep market knowledge across HF, Asset Management, or Banking
– Strong relationship-building skills with C-level clients
– Appetite for international growth and expansion
