At FIFTEEN WEST we are delighted to be partners with a high-performing Front Office Financial Services staffing firm, as they look to appoint a Director to lead their US operations from New York.
With a headcount of 40 in London, they are now launching their US presence, with a team of their most experienced, top performers relocating over in Q1 next year, and are offering someone with an entrepreneurial flair the chance to lead this team, and help shape the US entity, as it scales to over 100+ headcount in the coming years.
Role Highlights
As a Director you will...
– Launch and scale a new US office, starting with a team of 3 high performers
– Drive client acquisition and delivery across their core markets - Private Equity, Infrastructure, Credit and Investment Banking
– Develop key accounts and revenue lines across front-office markets
– Report directly to global leadership, with strategic influence on US growth
– Accrue equity every 6 months as part of the firm’s long-term incentive
You Will Need
– Deep experience in financial services recruitment (Private Equity, Infrastructure, Credit or Investment Banking)
– Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow successful teams
– Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to early-stage market building
– Strong US client relationships and the gravitas to open doors
– A long-term vision for equity growth and entrepreneurial leadership
