Step into a pivotal leadership role within a fast-scaling executive search firm specialising in HR appointments across financial services and commercial sectors. With an exclusive, retained model and deep relationships across New York's hiring landscape, our client offers the perfect platform for an ambitious search leader to shape and grow a US business with autonomy and impact.
The Director will partner closely with the Managing Director while taking the reins to drive growth, lead key client relationships, and deliver high-impact HR mandates across roles such as Head of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition Leads, and HR Directors.
Role Highlights
– Own and develop senior relationships with clients across financial services and industry
– Lead retained and exclusive HR searches across the US, with a focus on New York
– Take charge of growing the US operation with strategic and commercial ownership
– Build a desk from the ground up while executing senior mandates with precision
– Champion networking and event-led business development to grow market presence
You Will Need
– Strong track record in HR executive search with an entrepreneurial drive
– Expertise in the US market, ideally New York-centred
– Experience developing business in financial services or commercial sectors
– Passion for growing teams and creating long-term client partnerships
– Humility, curiosity, and a growth mindset—no ego, just impact
