• $60,000–$70,000 base + commission

You’ll join a sharp, mature team where mentorship is hands-on, mandates are exclusive, and average fees hit $60K+. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on pace, polish, and the freedom to build their own book.
The Delivery Consultant will join the firm’s top-performing desk, engaging senior-level candidates across trading and executive markets, with access to exclusive mandates and clients built over a decade.
Role Highlights:
The Delivery Consultant will...
– Manage 4–6 exclusive contingent mandates at any time
– Focus on volume delivery: multiple placements per month
– Build and maintain candidate pipelines across trading, energy, and infrastructure
– Collaborate closely with mentors and peers to deliver on high-value roles
– Operate in a face-to-face environment, gaining access to $2m+ billing leaders
You Will Need
– 1+ years in recruitment, ideally with senior candidate exposure
– Proven ability to deliver consistently, not just peak once
– A polished, self-directed approach with strong commercial awareness
– Confidence working high-value deals with elite-level professionals
– Appetite for structured in-office learning and visible performance
