You’ll run a specialist desk focused on placing senior talent across Europe, partnering with fast-growing Digital Health, MedTech, and AI-powered drug discovery companies.
Role Highlights
As Senior Consultant – AI/ML & Data Science, you will:
- Take full ownership of an active desk with live mandates
- Run senior-level searches across AI, ML & Data Science in Life Sciences
- Partner closely with senior leadership in London and the US on cross-border work
- Build lasting client relationships in a rapidly expanding market
- Help shape the desk as it scales, with a clear path into future leadership
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Life Sciences or tech-driven markets
- Strong commercial instincts and experience growing or winning accounts
- Confidence running full-cycle search processes for senior hires
- Ambition to progress into leadership as the desk grows
- Great communication and a consultative, relationship-led style
- Uncapped commission up to 40% with high-value average fees (£20k–£40k)
