The Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of full-cycle hiring for some of the most disruptive startups in North America, blending talent matchmaking with deep founder relationships.
The Recruitment Consultant will…
– Source, engage, and manage top-tier tech freelance candidates across the US
– Own the full 360-recruitment process from first outreach to placement
– Build and nurture relationships with startup founders and hiring managers
– Develop business opportunities within the VC-backed tech scene
– Join a high-energy, collaborative team that values quality and impact
You will need…
– Minimum 1 year of experience in agency recruitment
– A genuine passion for startups and the US tech space
– Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive
– Resilience, adaptability, and curiosity
