• £30k–£45k base + uncapped commission (DOE)

The Contract Tech Recruiter will focus on building contract tech desks across the Benelux region (especially Germany), with a core focus on software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and AI/ML. You’ll be working 360, backed by a high-performance team, and trusted to drive BD, win clients, and own your market.
The Contract Tech Recruiter will…
– Build and grow tech contract desks across Benelux or UK markets
– Own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from BD to close
– Specialise in high-demand areas like cloud, data, AI/ML, and security
– Collaborate closely with leadership to shape team culture and delivery
– Drive revenue in a target-rich, fast-moving environment
You will need…
– Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in contract tech markets
– Confidence in business development and senior stakeholder engagement
– Resilience, hunger, and a results-first mindset
– Collaborative, coachable energy with a strong sense of ownership
– Either Benelux/European market knowledge or the drive to build it fast
