Construction Recruitment Consultant (1-2 Years Experience Required)
$55,000 - $70,000 (DOE) + Commission
Midtown Manhattan | 3 Days In Office (Mon & Fri Remote)

From day one, you’ll inherit:
– Genuine hot desk (25 live roles p/m)
– Average fees of $20,000–$30,000
– A market where speed-to-hire is critical (Friday sign, Monday start)
– Collaborative 50/50 split environment
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
– Identify and attract high-caliber construction professionals across the NYC/Tri-State market
– Build and manage long-term relationships with contractors, developers and engineering firms
– Work live permanent mandates across Project Management, Site and Estimating functions
– Develop business opportunities and contribute to desk growth
– Move roles quickly in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
– Progress toward full 360 client ownership (if not already operating at that level)
You’ll bring:
– 1–2 years of recruitment experience (construction strongly preferred)
– Ideally at least 1 year exposure to U.S. construction recruitment
– Confidence operating in a high-activity environment
– A resilient, high-energy personality with a genuine hustler mentality
– The ability to think on your feet and work independently without heavy management
