The Principal Consultant:Commercial Life Sciences (360) will own and scale a 360 desk, delivering senior commercial hires while building multi-million-dollar client relationships across biotech and pharma.
Role Highlights
– Own a 360 desk across Commercial Life Sciences (BD + delivery)
– Build relationships across HEOR, Market Access, RWE, Sales & Marketing
– Deliver senior hires and large-scale commercial team builds
– Win and scale contract and RPO projects alongside perm hiring
– Cross-sell into R&D and contract divisions to grow account value
You Will Need
– Proven 360 recruitment experience within Life Sciences (commercial focus)
– Strong track record of business development and account growth
– Experience across HEOR, Market Access, RWE, Sales or Marketing
– Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with revenue focus
– Interest in building long-term accounts and potentially a team
