The Business Development Manager – Recruitment (Life Sciences) will:
- Prospect and win new client accounts within the Life Sciences market
- Build lasting relationships across a range of hiring stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver best-in-class service
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using modern BD tools
- Leverage international reach to offer global solutions where relevant
- 3+ years’ experience in business development or recruitment within staffing
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A commercially driven mindset with strong delivery focus
- Energy, ambition, and a proven record of exceeding targets
- Uncapped commission with top billers earning over $1.2 million annually
