The Business Development Manager – Recruitment (Life Sciences) will:
– Prospect and win new client accounts within the Life Sciences market
– Build lasting relationships across a range of hiring stakeholders
– Collaborate with internal recruiters to deliver best-in-class service
– Maintain a robust sales pipeline using modern BD tools
– Leverage international reach to offer global solutions where relevant
You will need:
– 3+ years’ experience in business development or recruitment within staffing
– Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
– A commercially driven mindset with strong delivery focus
– Energy, ambition, and a proven record of exceeding targets
