The Business Development Manager will drive new client acquisition, build long-term accounts, and lead business development efforts within the construction sector, unlocking growth in a practice area ripe with opportunity.
The Business Development Manager / Senior Recruiter will…
– Lead client acquisition in Construction, Architecture, and Engineering across mid to senior roles
– Partner directly with the founder to shape and scale a high-margin desk
– Own accounts from initial outreach through to delivery, with autonomy on strategy
– Build out repeatable job flow with top-tier construction clients
– Progress toward building and mentoring a team as the firm scales
You Will Need…
– 3–6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in construction or real estate
– Confidence handling 360 recruitment: BD, client management, and delivery
– A consultative sales approach and knack for opening doors
– Drive to take ownership of a vertical and shape its growth
– A collaborative mindset that thrives in a boutique, team-oriented firm
