Billing Manager – Finance Recruitment
$140k base + bonus (OTE $200k–$250k)
New York, NY | Hybrid (4–5 days/week in office)

The Billing Manager – Finance Recruitment will drive growth in a key Financial Services vertical through individual billings, strategic leadership, and full P&L responsibility.
Role Highlights
– Lead a successful NYC finance recruitment team, inheriting top performers and building future leaders
– Spend 50–70% of your time actively billing in private equity, banking, and financial services
– Own team P&L, make strategic commercial decisions, and scale operations sustainably
– Partner with senior stakeholders on client acquisition, retention, and team growth strategy
– Influence cross-functional priorities across Client Services, Ops, and Delivery
You Will Need
– 8+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally 12+, with strong billing credentials
– Prior success managing pods or mid-sized teams and promoting from within
– P&L ownership and a deep understanding of operational leadership
– A hands-on mindset: sourcing, closing, and mentoring all in a day’s work
– NYC-based or open to 4–5 days/week in a Midtown office
