A high-performing, founder-led global recruitment business in the energy and infrastructure space is entering its next phase of UK growth. With six consecutive years of expansion, strong cash reserves, B Corp accreditation, and an ambitious plan to scale significantly, this is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of a respected international brand. The UK division already drives a substantial share of global revenue and the plan is to grow it materially through focused leadership, disciplined training, and smart market expansion.

The Billing Manager will drive revenue growth while building and mentoring a high-performance recruitment team across core UK markets.

Role Highlights
– Lead from the front with personal billings while setting the benchmark for quality and performance
– Own business development strategy, with a strong emphasis on retained and senior mandates
– Partner with senior leadership to design and embed structured training programs
– Develop succession plans and build a scalable team of 10+ recruiters
– Play a key role in long-term expansion, including European growth

You Will Need
– Proven track record as a top biller in recruitment, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors
– Strong business development capability with retained exposure preferred
– Experience developing and mentoring at least 3–4 recruiters successfully
– High standards, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset
– Active personal brand and relationship-driven approach to market engagement
