You Will Need
  • 4 - 8+ years full desk recruitment experience in either Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering or A&F
  • Datacentre experience would be a huge plus
  • Proven success leading billing teams
  • Ability to design and execute growth plans with measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with senior decision-makers
  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing talent in a scaling environment
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with the credibility to operate at senior leadership level
