Role Highlights

You Will Need
- 4 - 8+ years full desk recruitment experience in either Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering or A&F
- Datacentre experience would be a huge plus
- Proven success leading billing teams
- Ability to design and execute growth plans with measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with senior decision-makers
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing talent in a scaling environment
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with the credibility to operate at senior leadership level
