The Billing Manager, Technology Recruitment will lead a growing team while personally driving high-value placements in the tech sector.
 
Role Highlights
- Manage and grow teams of 4-12 consultants, redeveloping sub-teams for optimal performance
- Personally bill $200k-$300k annually while leading from the front
- Target SMBs and emerging tech firms while leveraging warm relationships from other brands
- Land, expand, and cross-sell recruitment solutions across software, cyber, cloud, and data markets
- Organically scale headcount by hiring and developing fresh graduates into high-billers
 
You Will Need
- Proven 360 recruitment expertise, ideally with leadership or billing manager experience but also will look at Principals and Seniors who want to step up
- Track record in building client relationships, negotiating terms, and winning repeat business
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and hold consultants accountable to high standards
- Comfort working in a boutique environment with hands-on business development
- Persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenging markets
