The Billing Manager will lead and scale specialist teams in New York across high-growth tech verticals—contract & perm. You’ll be trusted to set the pace, drive performance, and grow your division under a proven playbook. The Billing Manager will…
– Lead a team of 6 recruiters with clear targets and support
– Personally bill while leading by example
– Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing recruiters
– Use data to implement consistent performance frameworks
– Collaborate with remote product heads across the U.S.

You will need…
– Prior success as a billing manager within U.S. recruitment
– Experience coaching and managing performance-driven teams
– Ideally tech/IT background, but open to other sectors
– High accountability and comfort with PE-led business metrics
– Willingness to work from the NYC office full-time
