Contract Team Manager
$80,000–$120,000 base + guarantee
New York, NY | Hybrid (4 days in-office, Wednesdays remote)

The Contract Team Manager will lead and grow a high-potential team focused on contract placements across multiple markets.
Role Highlights
– Lead a team of 2 with scope to expand to 6 across NYC, San Diego, and London
– Balance billing and leadership (approx. 50/50 split)
– Drive business development across chosen markets (tech, legal, finance preferred)
– Work closely with a senior division head to shape divisional growth strategy
– Influence the culture and growth of a purpose-led, global recruitment firm
You Will Need
– Proven billing success in contract recruitment
– Experience leading or mentoring recruiters (official or unofficial)
– Strong track record in business development across professional services
– Comfort working in hybrid teams across time zones
– A commercial mindset and passion for scaling teams
