Associate Director –Office of the CFO Recruitment (Finance, Tax, Treasury)
• $120k–$150k base + uncapped commission
• New York, NY - Midtown | Hybrid 2–3 days

The Associate Director – will drive expansion across Finance, Tax, and Treasury mandates for investment clients in the U.S.
Role Highlights
– Run a warm desk with client access and immediate revenue opportunity
– Deliver on mandates across banks, hedge funds, private equity, and asset management
– Build and scale the CFO recruitment practice, with scope to hire and manage a team
– Partner closely with senior leadership in NYC, Toronto, and London
– Shape the US go-to-market strategy, leveraging global PSLs and local intel
You Will Need
– 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in financial services
– Track record of client development and high-value delivery
– Knowledge of CFO functions (Finance, Tax, Treasury) or adjacent verticals
– Growth mindset and ability to work autonomously within a small team
– Strong commercial instincts with a consultative approach
