Head of Key Accounts
£80,000–£100,000 base DOE
London | 4 days office-based
We’re working with a global energy recruitment powerhouse undergoing sustained growth across EMEA, APAC and the USA. Backed by private equity and generating record EBITDA, their sights are firmly set on the next inflection point. With 310 staff worldwide, a £170m TTV, and award-winning leadership, they’re now hiring a Head of Key Accounts to lead and grow a critical division.
The Head of Key Accounts will steer strategy, inspire team performance, and lead client development across major STEM-focused accounts. This is a non-billing leadership role with full oversight of a high-performing team, offering the chance to shape long-term growth in a fast-scaling, high-reputation business.
Role Highlights
– Manage and develop a team of 5, focusing on leadership growth and capability uplift
– Own the strategic direction of the Key Accounts division, scaling delivery across high-value clients
– Drive both people and client development (60%/40% split) to foster long-term value
– Represent the business across client partnerships, nurturing trust and securing buy-in
– Work closely with board-level leadership and contribute to PE growth strategy
You Will Need
– Proven people leadership in Energy or STEM contract markets
– Track record of managing teams of 7+ with visible progression success
– Strong strategic acumen with experience scaling key client accounts
– Ability to motivate, mentor and develop emerging leaders
– Comfortable with a 4-day office-based model in London
