The Associate Director – Client Services will lead a key client services function, driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a high-performing team within the financial services division.
Role Highlights
- Lead and grow the client services team, and expanding headcount as the function scales
- Build new client relationships while deepening engagement with existing accounts across energy and infrastructure finance
- Sell and deliver retained and portfolio search solutions to C-suite decision makers
- Partner with private equity and institutional clients to deliver long-term value across high-impact mandates
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence growth strategy across the U.S. financial services practice
You Will Need
- 8+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally 12+
- Hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management at senior levels
- Background in energy & infrastructure finance, C-suite retained search, or related financial services markets
- P&L ownership and a deep understanding of operational leadership
- NYC-based or open to 4–5 days/week in a Midtown office
- Ability to coach, mentor, and build a legacy team within a fast-scaling environment
