With a longstanding track record of success and deep partner relationships, this firm delivers high-quality mandates with exceptional consistency—executing over 85 fully retained searches annually, with fees ranging from £30K- £150K.

As an Associate you will join a dynamic and highly collaborative team, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Partners who are working on numerous high value searches at any given time, with work spanning across Investments, Insurance, CFO, CHRO, Actuaries, amongst others.

The Associate will…
– Lead research and candidate engagement across high-profile, fully retained mandates
– Partner directly with senior consultants on multiple simultaneous assignments
– Manage workflows from briefing through to candidate shortlist and offer negotiation
– Build long-term market intelligence across FS and private equity search verticals
– Shape client strategy through insight, feedback, and competitor benchmarking

You Will Need…
– 2 years experience in retained search, research or delivery within executive recruitment
– Confidence handling complex briefs and engaging senior stakeholders
– A clear interest in financial services, private equity or adjacent markets
– Ambition to grow into a Partner-level role in time
– A collegiate mindset and passion for delivering outstanding outcomes
