From day one, I was drawn to the people-first nature of the industry and the opportunity to have a real impact on careers and businesses around the world. I didn’t fall into recruitment, I chose it, and I’ve loved every minute since.

With over a decade of experience, I specialise in Financial and Professional Services recruitment and have worked across 25+ countries. Before joining FIFTEEN WEST in 2025, I led international finance hiring, securing partnerships with Big Four and Top 10 firms. My approach is consultative, transparent, and always human-first.
