I began my recruitment career over seven years ago, starting in Rec-to-Rec before expanding into Go-To-Market recruitment across the UK and US.

From the outset, I’ve been intentional about building a strong personal brand and meaningful relationships, which has helped me create an engaged recruiter community both on LinkedIn and beyond.

Today, I specialise in placing senior-level recruiters within the STEM industry across the US, partnering with high-growth businesses to connect ambitious individuals with life-changing opportunities.

Outside of my role, I’m a strong advocate for women in sales and recruitment and host She Means Biz, a podcast dedicated to helping women elevate their personal and professional lives. Recruitment has changed my life and I’m driven to help others experience the same.
