I started my recruitment career in 2016, initially specialising in tech contract roles and placing Java developers across Europe, including multiple hires with the European Commission in Belgium. After quickly moving into a 360 role, I joined a startup to help scale their UK operations, placing tech and finance professionals across various sectors.

Now based in New York City, I focus on senior appointments within the tech staffing industry. Since joining, I’ve worked on roles across the U.S., from entry-level to MD, and made my first two placements within 10 days.

I’m all about transparency from day one setting clear expectations and building strong, honest relationships. I take the time to understand both clients' business needs and candidates' motivations to make meaningful, lasting matches.
