Pure Search is an established legal search and recruitment business with the capability to undertake mandate-led work across our offices in London, NYC, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our legal team forms an integral part of our global business and we currently derive 36% of our global revenue from legal search and recruitment activities. Our global turnover in 2018 was c£15.5m.
Our London legal business currently comprises of 8 full time consultants, primarily focused on the in-house market servicing both the financial services, and commerce and industry sectors across the UK & Europe. Our total legal and compliance headcount globally is c26 people.
Whilst our London office has a strong in-house capability across both contingent, exclusive and retained mandates, it is underrepresented in serving UK law firms in the associate & partner marketplace. We have a large number of PSA’s in place with leading international and US law firms as a result of previous search mandates completed at partner level and ad hoc placements made at an associate level.
We would like to appoint a senior individual to work closely with our London team and to lead and build out our capability to service the requirements of London and UK law firms. This is likely to focus on the upper echelons of the market and align to our broader client strategy, as well as the candidate generation techniques we currently deploy.
Our consultants have access to the latest technology platforms to identify and source candidates. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our candidate network, this distinguishes us from others in the market. We are not a volume player and the bespoke work we undertake continues to support our position in the market.
We envisage that the successful person will collaborate and work effectively with all our international offices on the strategic enhancement to our client service offering.
