The following skills will be required:
Experience in recruitment or consultative sales, with a successful track record of consistent revenue generation and performance against targets.
Previous success in a high performing sales team and be a proven team player with a natural tendency to collaborate
The ability to build successful relationships at all levels, from CEO to Analyst
A consultative approach and the ability to work with clients in a spirit of partnership
A thirst for knowledge and improvement, with the constant desire to demonstrate drive and work ethic
Key responsibilities:
You'll engage with clients about their recruitment needs, building relationships to become a trusted advisor, while identifying opportunities for the application of Acre's other services
You'll craft proposals and lead client meetings around Acre's services and value proposition, and negotiate commercial arrangements
You'll have the opportunity to build your personal brand, organise events within your space and position yourself as a thought leader within your market
You'll develop an understanding of client needs and then engage the candidate marketplace to identify individuals relevant to their requirements
You'll project manage the recruitment process, including interview consultation and offer management
